Under her vision and leadership, the company has graduated from a three people startup to employing over 175 people today. Much of the current status of the company is due to her vision and constant strategic guidance. Prior to founding the company, Isabelle worked in managerial capacities in France. Isabelle is very active in driving the social aspects of the company, supporting local NGO communities with hands-on help and financial commitment.\n\nShe has been serving as the Chef d\u2019\u00eelot (incharge of the security) of the French community in Hyderabad for over two decades and has been a Conseiller Du Commerce Ext\u00e9rieur Of France ( responsible for facilitating French businesses in Hyderabad).
